The crimping of cold extrusion joints is generally divided into two. For the first time, half of the casing is sleeved into the connected steel bar in the processing plant or on-site, and half of the joint is crimped, and then the other part is crimped on the construction site.
1. The steel bar should be marked with a line and set into the sleeve to ensure the depth and prevent air pressure. The distance between the end of the steel bar and the midpoint of the sleeve length shall not exceed 10mm.
2. The axis of the connecting steel bar and the axis of the sleeve should be kept on the same axis to prevent eccentricity and bending.
3. It should be crimped one by one from the center of the sleeve to the top, and the pressure mold should be aligned with the indentation position mark on the sleeve.
4. When connecting, it should be pressurized to the specified working pressure to ensure that the load is unloaded within two seconds.
5. Measure the extension length of the casing after crimping and record the connection operation.
